ARTICLE HAVING TARGET PART FOR TACKY ADHESION AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: To reduce the overall cost for forming target parts by drawing the marks indicting the tab sticking positions of the target parts with the coating patterns of a hot melt resin compsn. ;CONSTITUTION: A paper diaper 110 is formed with the target parts 102 by the hot melt resin compsn. applied like dots on the surface of a base material 101. Such diaper is produced by continuously supplying tissue paper from a roll and inserting a water absorbent material 3 between two sheets of the tissue paper. The hot melt resin compsn. 25 is applied from a cylindrical screw 260 rotating around its central axis by the required amt. each on a polyethylene (PE) film 20 supplied continuously from a roll 21 to form the target parts 102 on the surface on the outer side of the PE film 20.
