MANAGERIAL METHOD FOR ROSIN TYPE SOLDER FLUX DETERGENT SOLUTION OF NON-HALOGEN SERIES

PURPOSE: To establish a detergent solution management method favorable to adoption of a washing method using a rosin type solder flux detergent of non- halogen series. ;CONSTITUTION: To wash away flux attached to an object to be washed by the use of a rosin type solder flux detergent solution of non-halogen series, the detergent 5 in a trough 1 is allowed to flow to the part of object to be washed rinse, and part of the detergent 5 is taken out of the trough 1 and put in circulation. The flux concentration of the circulating solution taken out of the trough is measured by visible rays of a single wavelength within the sensible wavelength range 380-820nm of a spectral photometer, while the water concentration is measured using at least one of the three sensible wavelengths of spectarl photometer as near infrared rays, i.e., 1.43, 1.94, and 3.00μm.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
