FIRE BED MECHANISM OF CHARCOAL ROASTER FOR RICE CRACKER

PURPOSE: To efficiently roast charcoal baked rice crackers having high commercial value and to facilitate adjustment of fire, feed of charcoal, etc., by making a fire bed of rice cracker roasting machine of a specific constitution wherein the back of rice cracker dough is baked with charcoal while inverting a roasting net. ;CONSTITUTION: In a machine roasting rice cracker with charcoal wherein the surface and the back of dough is baked by taking advantage of downward fire of charcoal while successively inverting a roasting net lacing rice cracker dough, a bottom plate 15 of a fire bed 5 having an open top is fixed in such a way that the vertical position of the plate freely adjustable to control fire of charcoal. Further, since the fire bed 5 is placed on a carrier 34 of a vertical driving device 28 and the fire bed 5 can be dropped by the driving device 28, charcoal is readily stored in the fire bed 5, fired, replenished and taken out.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
