LOOP FOR CONNECTING PRESSING BELT ENDS FOR BELT PRESS-TYPE SLUDGE DEHYDRATOR, ITS PRODUCTION AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING THE ENDS

PURPOSE:To increase the tensile strength of a belt, to improve the dehydrating property and to prolong the service life by alternately and adjacently arranging a long loop for passing two connecting strands in parallel and a short loop for passing one connecting strand at the end of a belt. CONSTITUTION:Either the warp or the weft at the end of a limited pressing belt is removed, and every other remaining one is folded and woven into the textile at the belt end. A long loop 9 for passing two connecting strands 11 in parallel with the belt surface and a short loop 8 for passing one connecting strand 11 are alternately and adjacently arranged at the belt end. A combination of the long loop 9 and short loop 8 and that of the short loop 8 and long loop 9 are alternately arranged, and the combined loops form two parallel common holes 10. The connecting strand 11 is passed respectively through the two common holes 10, and the textiles are doubly connected. Since the thread at the end is woven into the textile using such a folded part forming piece having the same structure as the textile, a textile just the same as the textile is formed at this part.
