METHOD OF DISPLAYING SPEAKER IN TELEVISION CONFERENCE SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily grasp a conference attendant in speaking by displaying the image of the, attendant in speaking on a speaker display area so as to easily distinguish him (or her) from attendants in hearing. ;CONSTITUTION: In case of attaining a conference by using a terminal equipment for displaying the images of conference attendants and reproducing their voices, a speaker display area 7a for displaying an attendant in speaking and a hearer display area 6a for displaying attendants in hearing are formed on the display screen 3a of the terminal equipment. When any one of attendants displayed on the are 6a outputs a speaker subscribing request formed prior to speech, the image of the attendant concerned is displayed on the area 7a.
