The present invention relates to a waterproof bridgedeck, intended to receive a surfacing layer, characterised in that it comprises: - a lower layer consisting of a mortar comprising approximately 10 to approximately 15 % of granulate of diameter of less than 80 mu m and from approximately 7.5 to approximately 9.5 % of a bituminous binder based on elastomers, the percentages being expressed by weight relative to the dry granulate, - an upper layer consisting of a bitumen which is rich in elastomers. It also relates to a process for waterproofing a bridgedeck.
