The present invention refers to a procedure for the realization of polyurethane models or similar, in particular puppets for animation. At the base of base designs, there is initially created a plastic structure, successively coated with layers of plaster, or equivalent, to obtain a second "positive" constituted by rigid substance. Such a second structure is inserted in proper mould and submerged in a silicone-based composite. The negative which is derived, identical to the positive in terms of esthetic qualities, constitutes the stamp for the realization of the model. In said stamp, with successive interventions, a surface substance is deposited, for example a rubber lattice, or intermediary hardening substances and definitive filling material. The subject which is extracted from the stamp reproduces precisely the characteristics of the base sculpture in plastic, transposed in plaster. The final realization presents notable resistance and strength characteristics, while the stamp can be utilized as needed to create copies of the fundamental model.
