In a stamp of silicone rubber or equivalent material adapted to the use, reproducing the negative impression of the structure to obtain, a resinous, polyurethane, thermoplastic or thermally hardening material, preferably cold, is poured therein. Upon solidification of such a material, one obtains a rigid mould, with eventual seats positioned for lodging the organs and/or accessories, precisely formed with respect to the initial cast in which the cited substance has been placed manually, or reversed. This applies particularly to structures defining puppets for animation, or similar, in correspondence with the articulating jointure of these same, which require three-dimensional movements, and inserting segments in flexible rubber. The structural skeleton of the model obtained, which is rigid or semi-rigid, is surrounded by a complex consisting of polyurethane and/or rubber lattice or equivalent, realized preliminarily and/or successively beginning from inside of the stamp, or cited cast.
