The device is distinguished by the fact that it is designed with at least two strips which, in their lower part (1-1), are positioned over all or part of the haematoma at the site of the ankle sprain and, in their upper part (1-2), continue upwards along the leg of the user, forming one or more channels (1-3) for irrigation and evacuation of the haematoma towards the upper parts of the leg, resorbing naturally the said haematoma at the site of the ankle sprain.
