Use of L-carnitine or of acyl L-carnitine for the treatment of idiopathic oligoasthenospermias

A novel therapeutical use of L-carnitine and acyl L-carnitines wherein the acyl is a straight or branched-chain acyl group having 2-6 carbon atoms and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof for treating idiopathic oligoasthenospermias is disclosed.
