The invention relates to ready-to-use material for a solid phase immunological reaction intended for detecting antigen-antibody complexes by immuno-adherence of sensitized erythrocytes carrying both the antiglobulin anti-IgG and the antiglobulin anti-C3d (of the complement system). The invention also relates to the method for preparing the sensitized erythrocytes. The invention is intended for the field of immunohaemotology, for pretransfusion or diagnostic blood compatibility tests.
