A power measurement converter has a resistance as well as a thermometer probe, which are designed as independent elements, and arranged on an underlay thermally insulated from the surroundings. An input signal is supplied to the resistance. The resistance (1) consists of an element, the value of which is electronically controlled by the instantaneous value of the input signal. The resistance (1) consists of a transistor. The resistance channel of the transistor is connected to the inverting input of anoperation amplifier (4), and its control electrode is connected to the output of the operation amplifier. A further controllable resistance (6) is arranged on the underlay (3). ADVANTAGE - Current corresp. to input current can be maintained constant through resistance.
