The water guide housing (21) has a blind hole-type discharge duct (26), aligned concentrically to the main radiation axis (20), and a supply duct (30) opening on at right angles to it. The section of the water guide housing (21) arranged in the light path at least is made of light permeable material. A translucent carrier body (33), e.g. of rose quartz, is washed over with water from the riser (32). The water guide housing has a base surface (22) arranged before the bulb (17) and at right angles to the main radiation axis (20). A region of the water guide housing is arched in the manner of a lens, e.g. a scatter lens (25). So that the ducts (26,30) communicate in this region. ADVANTAGE - Facilitates aesthetic display with esp. meaningful flooding of light of carrier body. Design and application of illumination is simple and practical.
