A crushing system (7) is provided for the fragmentation of the waste material after separating the metal from this. A light material separating system separates the fragments of the waste material resulting from the reduction by the crushing system(7), in to fragments of foam or aerated material and other waste. In addition a foam material collection system is provided, which has a disintegrator (20) for reducing the fragments of the foam or aerated material, in to plastic material and a gaseous foam medium. The foam material collection system (10) also has a foam medium collection system(22) for liquefying the gaseous foam material by refrigeration. ADVANTAGE - Nearly all parts of refuse are collected for reuse and can be regenerated, to protect natural sources. Flour hydrocarbons are collected and escape prevented to protect oxygen layer.
