PURPOSE: To simplify assembly, to improve a closing opening function, and to improve appearance by a method wherein a gas sealed elastic device and a belt conversion roller are used and contained in a shading cloth opening closing pipe. CONSTITUTION: One end of shading cloth is attached in a groove 3 for the cloth edge of a cloth shaft 1 and the other end is situated in parallel to the cloth shaft 1. The separate outer edge of a shading cloth 4 is fixed in a cloth edge groove 5 of a shading cloth opening closing pipe 6 running in the direction of a double arrow mark 7 along a guide rail 8 by a belt 9. The belts 9 locked at winding rolls 10 at the two ends of the cloth shaft 1 are guided in the shading cloth opening closing pipe 6 by conversion rollers 11 and 12 and converted in a 180 deg. arc by the conversion roller 16 at the piston 17 end of a gas sealed elastic device 18 and fixed at a mounting device 23 disposed at the outside of the shading cloth opening closing pipe 6. Elasticity of the gas sealed elastic device 18 is exerted through a piston 17 and the belt 9 to stretch the shading cloth.
