PURPOSE:To save casting of a neck part and to improve the product yield by using embedding member consisting of sprue, runner and lost foam pattern to form a casting body, dipping a holding member so as to expose a holding part while poured molten metal does not solidify and pulling out after solidified- sticking. CONSTITUTION:The embedding member 4 composed of the sprue 1, runner 2 and lost foam pattern 3 is embedded into packing material 6 contained in a flask 5, and the sprue 1 is exposed from the packing material 6 and the pouring of molten metal is executed through the sprue 1 to form the casting body 7. While the molten metal exists in the runner 2 part and not yet solidified, the holding member 9 is pushed into the molten metal in the runner 2 directing the main body 11 downward and the holding part 8 upward. Successively, the molten metal is cooled and solidified in the room temp., and the holding member 9 is stuck to the casting body 7 with solidification.
