The prepared filtrate 10 containing bacteria is charged in an cylindrical container 9 connected with a holder 7 setting a membrane-like filter 8 comprising a glass fiber filtration paper having hole sizes of 0.2-1.6mum, etc., therein and subsequently suction-filtered with a pump 11 to hold the bacterial on the membrane filter 8. The held bacteria are lysogenized with a lysogenization solution to provide the lysogenized components of the bacteria.
