PURPOSE:To obtain a titled control device of a system for suupplying a command value corresponding to an output set value requested from data stored first, to a welding machine body at the time of welding, by storing as one group of data an actual command value to the welding machine by of the time when obtaining an output corresponding to an output set value, and an output inspecting value of that time. CONSTITUTION:As for this arc welding control device, a teaching output setting device 9 is adjusted manually, and when a prescribed output has been obtained, an output value of this setting device 9 is set as an output command value, and it is combined with an output signal of a reproducing output setting device 10 set to a value by which a display coincides with an output value of that time and stored. Subsequently, at the time of reproduction for executing actual welding, an output command value corresponding to an output of the setting device 10 is determined by a value obtained from data stored first. Also, as for data to be stored, in addition to the output set value and the output command value, a feedback value of the time of a normal output is stored as one group of data, and the time of reproduction, this value and an actual feedback value are compared, the command value is corrected in the direction where the differences decreases, and a welding condition as prearranged can always be held. In this regard, 1 and 6 in the figure denote a welding power source and a consumable electrode wire, respectively.
