PURPOSE:To attain surer sealing and to reduce the defective factor due to the sealing by deviating each center position of a seal glass coated in advance to an insulation board and of a seal glass coated in advance to a cover. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 5 such as silver paradium is applied to a ceramic base 1, a glass flit 2 coated in advance exists on the conductor and the glass flit 4 is coated in advance to a ceramic cover 3. The center position of the glass flit 2 on the base 1 is deviated inward than that of the glass flit of the cover 3. When glass starts melting through heating, the inner pressure of the package starts to increase by the heating and the inner gas is forced to out through the melting glass, but it is hindered by the staggered glass coating. Thus, leakage holes are hardly made and the occurrence of defective vibrator is reduced.
