COAGULATION OF SOYBEAN MILK AND DEVICE OF BLENDING COAGULANT

PURPOSE:To obtain the title compact device wherein soybean milk is uniformly blended with a coagulant under a closed condition surely and efficiently and soybean milk is extremely simply coagulated and aged, comprising specific constitution. CONSTITUTION:Soybean milk A is fed from a soybean milk supply pipe 1, sprayed from a nozzle 3, simultaneously a coagulant B is sucked from a coagulant suction pipe 5 connected to a throat part 4 of the nozzle 3 and together with the soybean milk A is collid against a baffle 7 to uniformly mix the soybean milk A with the coagulant B. Then the soybean milk A mixed with the coagulant B is passed through a coagulating and aging pipe 8 having given length connected through the nozzle 3 to the soybean milk supply pipe 1 and gradually coagulated and aged.
