PURPOSE: To provide a method for immunological determination of HbAlc HbSlc and HbClc useful for diagnosis and monitoring, etc., of diabetes mellitus of a blood sample from a patient suffering from hemoglobinopathy, to obtain an antibody used for the method and to provide a method for producing the antibody. ;CONSTITUTION: This method for immunological determination of the content of glycosylated haemoglobin in a blood sample in which an antibody is used which recognizes HbAlc, HbSlc and HbClc.
