PURPOSE: To prevent generation of defects such as crack or breakage due to large tension, insure cut-off performance of a waterproof sheet for a long term, and prevent environment contamination due to leakage of waste water. ;CONSTITUTION: In a waste disposal place where waste is charged in the recessed place 10 formed on the ground, the upper edge part 17 of a lower side waterproof sheet 14a stretchedly provided on the face of slope 11 of the recessed place 10 and the lower edge part 18 of an upper side waterproof sheet 14b are joined together by pressure sensitive adhesive 29.
