PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is difficult or impossible that connection of shielding sheet is performed in under water in conventional waste-on-the-surface-of-the-sea treating facilities.;SOLUTION: The shielding water joint of the waste-on-the-surface-of-the-sea treating facilities is provided with one side and the other side frame, and a hardly permeable material, the one side frame adheres to the end part of a shielding water sheet to be jointed and the other frame adheres to the end part of the shielding sheet for jointing. The one side of and the other side of the frames form a bag-shaped space to be filled with the hardly permeable material in the state of overlapping the shielding water sheet to be jointed with the shielding water sheet for jointing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
