PURPOSE:To input programming codes to a tree structure chart and to generate a load module automatically by converting the tree structure chart into source codes by a code converting means and generating the load module from the source codes by a compiling means and a link means. CONSTITUTION:The code conversion part 5 converts the tree structure chart filed in a tree structure chart file part into the source codes and a compiling and linking part 7 compiles or links the source codes or an object module files at a source code file part 6 or object file part 9 under the control of a compilation and linkage control part 8. Namely, the object module compiled by the compiling and linking part 7 is filed in the object file part 9 and the object module filed in the object file part 9 is linked by the compiling and linking part 7 and filed in a load module file part 10.
