PURPOSE: To facilitate installation and replacement to a shaft by forming a bearing on which the shaft is pivoted rotatably freely, of engineering plastic being a raw material having excellent mechanical and physical characteristics, particularly, chemical characteristics, and forming the bearing in an upper and lower two-piece structure. ;CONSTITUTION: The present bearing A is formed of engineering plastic, and a bearing hole 2 in which a longitudinally inserted shaft is pivoted rotatably freely, is arranged in the center, and installation holes 5 in which bolts 6b to install the bearing A on the frame on the like are inserted, are arranged in bilaterally symmetrical positions with the bearing hole 2 as its center. It is composed of bearing half bodies (a₁ and a₂) divided in two parts above and below a line L passing through the center of the bearing hole 2. Bolt inserting holes 6a are bored in bilaterally symmetrical positions of the bearing hole 2 so as to pass vertically through the bearing half bodies (a₁ and a₂), and the bearing half bodies (a₁ and a₂) are fastened and fixed by nuts 6c and the bolts 6b inserted in the bolt inserting holes 6a, and the bearing A is constituted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
