PREVENTING METHOD FOR FREEZING OF ICE-MAKING HEAT EXCHANGER FOR ICE HEAT STORAGE IN SUPERCOOLING ICE-MAKING METHOD

PURPOSE: To prevent supercooled water from being frozen in an ice-making heat exchanger or a pipeline and blocking up a flow passage in an ice-making method for ice heat storage using the supercooled water. ;CONSTITUTION: In an ice-making method wherein water in a heat storage tank 13 is circulated continuously through an ice-making heat exchanger 1 and cooled down to be in a supercooled state of 0°C or below and thereby minute ice grains are made in the heat storage tank, a pressure at an inlet-side pipeline 2 of the ice-making heat exchanger 1 is detected by a pressure gage 5 and a freezing preventive pump 7 is started when the pressure rises slightly above a normal pressure, so that hot water stored in a hot water tank 8 be supplied to the inlet-side pipeline 2 of the ice-making heat exchanger 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
