PURPOSE:To drastically improve punching technique in terms of both accuracy and necessary time for punching by providing a computer for automatically controlling, right and left centering mechanisms interlocking with an aiming standard mark and the computer, and two or three time continuing position sensors, and making the register mark of a plate material automatically and high-accurately align with a basic mark stored in the computer by means of a monitor television. CONSTITUTION:The computer 15 for automatically controlling, the right and left centering mechanisms 3 interlocking with the aiming standard mark and the computer, two or three time continuing position sensors 2, and a position display mechanism having right, left, X, and Y axes are provided. The register mark of the plate material is moved up and down, and right and left along the four axes, and is made automatically and high-accurately align with the basic mark previously stored in the computer 15 while the basic mark is projected n the monitor television 14. After they align each other, a hole for printing is automatically punched by a punch function part 4.
