ELECTRIFICATION PREVENTIVE DEVICE IN LOW-FREQUENCY TREATMENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To prevent the shock by the high voltage at start of use by providing a low-frequency controller with a touch sensor and an voltage regulating circuit, and opening the application of the low-frequency current to a conductor when the conductor and an insensitive electrode separate from a human body, and preventing the rise of voltage even if a user operates a step-up switch. ;CONSTITUTION: The controller 6 of a low-frequency treatment apparatus 1 is equipped with a touch sensor 21 and an initial voltage regulating circuit 22. When electrodes 4 and 5 touch a human body, the touch sensor 21 detects it and when either of the electrodes 4 and 5 or both of the electrodes 4 and 5 separate from the human body, this opens the output lines to the low frequency generating circuit 10 of the controller 6 and the electrode 4 for treatment. Moreover, at the time of reuse, the initial voltage regulating circuit 22 raises the voltage gradually to the level being memorized in a memory circuit and it applies the current to the electrode 4 for treatment 4. This way, this device can prevent the shock by the high voltage at reuse, without low frequency voltage rising excessively by misoperation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
