The present invention has a guide engaging portion configured such that a holder and a main body portion for supplying a low-frequency pulse current to a pad are engaged with each other in a state in which the main body portion is fixed to the holder, and the holder and the main body portion disengage in a state in which the main body portion is removed. The guide engaging portion is formed so as to allow the holder and the main body portion to engage with each other during the mounting operation by moving toward each other, and the holder and the main body portion during the removal operation by limiting movement in a direction corresponding to the moving direction during the fastening operation and allowing the main body portion to move with respect to the holder in a direction that intersects the direction of approach thereof.
