FULL DIGITAL METHOD FOR TRACKING PHASE OF BINARY RECEIVER REFERENCE SIGNAL AND FOR ALIGNING IT WITH PHASE OF INCOMING SERIAL BINARY DATA STREAM, AND FULL DIGITAL PHASE-LOCKED LOOP
PURPOSE: To provide full digital data algorithm restoration method and device. CONSTITUTION: These method and device are operated with a jitter larger than 25%, and the run length is longer than 1000 bits there, and the phase of a time ruler reference locally generated by using a selfcalibrated delay element 21 is phase-aligned to a data average transition position, and a sampling time for retrieval of data from an incoming binary sequence is surely established in the center of a data eye. The phase adjusted time ruler signal is used to sample the transition position of data, and sampled data is statistically analyzed in a state machine, and the time ruler is a wide band signal including first and second base frequencies there, and one period of the frequency is 1/(FR-FT), and FR and FT are equal to the receiver local clock frequency and the frequency of a remote clock, respectively.
