PURPOSE: To provide a unit recognition unit and learning type recognition judgement device which can not only learn but also automatically change and compose network constitution in accordance with an input to input data and easily sets a parameter. ;CONSTITUTION: Various kinds of data signals are inputted to a signal input part 1 by way of signal input terminals 11 to 14. A function processing part 2 processes input data by the threshold function of a prescribed function such as a sigmoid function, etc., and a signal output part 3 outputs it. The terminals 11 to 14 and an output terminal 3a combine the unit recognition units and connects the terminals at the time of network constitution. Input part construction, the number of the output terminals and information of a processing content are stored in a construction storage means 4. The state of the unit recognition unit, which changes by momentary inputs is stored in an internal state storage means 5. A normalization means 7 normalizes an internal state and a duplicating means 6 prepares the duplicate of the unit recognition unit in accordance with the construction of the unit recognition unit when a normalization state reaches prescribed one.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
