METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ANALYZING CHINESE SENTENCE

PURPOSE:To provide a Chinese sentence analyzing method and its device capable of more accurately extracting a word and effectively solving a multivocal problem. CONSTITUTION:A slave analytical tree/syllable selecting part 3 extracts a slave analytical tree having the largest number of syllables from a slave analytical tree storing part 4 and selects the succeeding unprocessed syllable from a Chinese character string inputted to an input part 1 based upon the extracted slave analytical tree. A word polysemy processing part 6 extracts a proper word, its speach part, syntax sort and meaning based upon the using frequency and context information of words stored in a dictionary 7 and a long word priority rule. An analytical part 5 executes syntax analysis or meaning analysis for the slave analytical tree having the largest number of syllables which is selected by the selecting part 3 and unprocessed syllables based upon word information stored in the dictionary 7 and syntax and meaning grammar rules stored in a grammar part 8, and when a multivocal problem exists, allows the processing part 6 to process the problem, forms a larger slave analytical tree and stores the formed slave analytical tree in the storing part 4 or outputs it through an output part 9.
