PURPOSE: To obtain a tire pressure measuring apparatus having a high reliability and a sufficient accuracy and allowing the cost down by transferring a pressure signal from a pressure sensor subject to drift conditioned by temp., together with a temp. signal to a processor for computing corrections to the pressure measuring signal value from signal values representative of the interference. ;CONSTITUTION: A pressure sensor 1 attached to the rim of a wheel sends data through a line 2 to a processor electronic circuit 3, the processor converts the data from the sensor 1 to binary signals, and the signals are sent through coupling means 5 having a rotary transformer over a line 4 to a computer 6. According to commands from the electronic circuit 3, the pressure first measured by the sensor 1 and factors then measured by the sensor 1 such as temp. are recorded. The data are conditioned by the processor electronic circuit 3 and sent to the computer 6 which corrects the signals according to received temp. values and corrects measured pressure parameters and processor means process them.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
