TISSUE CULTURE OF PHALENOPSIS

PURPOSE: To improve the success ratio of protocorm and enable the mass proliferation of clone seedlings by the tissue culture of phalenopsis to culture a scape axillary bud and form a protocorm. ;CONSTITUTION: The tip of the scape of a mother plant is cut as a pretreatment for forming a protocorm by the culture of a scape axillary bud. The axillary bud is collected by this process in a state of broken dormancy of the remaining scape axillary bud.
