摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a combined pharmaceutical prepn. from flupiritine and morphine having the characteristics to strongly act on analgesia and obviates the occurrence of morphine-like dependence and resistance. CONSTITUTION: This combined pharmaceutical prepn. consisting of the flupiritine and morphine for treating the pain and avoiding the dependence on the morphine consists of the flupiritine at a ratio of 10 to 1000 mg with respect to the base of the flupiritine, its pharmaceutically permissible salts and the morphine at a ratio of 5 to 500 mg with respect to the salt of the morphine or its pharmaceutically permissible salts.
