HIGH-STRENGTH CEMENT COMPOSITION AND PRODUCTION OF ULTRAFINE POWDER OF GRANULATED BLAST FURNACE SLAG FOR THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing ultrafine powder of granulated blast furnace slag having a Blaine value of 12,000 and to provide a cement composition having a compressive strength of 700-1,000kgf/cm2 or thereabout and produced by using the slag powder. CONSTITUTION:Ultrafine powder is produced from granulated blast furnace slag by crushing the granulated blast furnace slag with a crusher, classifying with a classifier 4 to obtain fine powder having a Blaine value of 3,800-4,700cm2/g, using the fine powder as a raw material, separating the material into fine powder and coarse powder with an air classifier 5, passing the fine powder through a cyclone separator 6 and a bag filter 7 in the order and recovering ultrafine powder A and ultrafine powder B having Blaine value of 12,000-42,500cm2/g from the final cyclone separator 6 and the bag filter 7.
