PURPOSE: To enable an organ or a tissue of a body to be sealed easily in an operation. CONSTITUTION: A surgical pouch comprises two drawing strings. The first drawing string is made of an elastic wire-shaped string for opening the mouth of the pouch during the use and it is detachable from the pouch. The second drawing string is for the purpose of closing the mouth of the pouch after an organ or a tissue is sealed and the first drawing string is detached. The second drawing string is made of a bio-absorbable string.
