GRAIN LIFTING SPIRAL STRUCTURE FOR VERTICAL TYPE GRAIN SCREENING MACHINE

PURPOSE: To additionally improve a screening characteristic while effectively agitating grains by the spirals of a grain lifting cylinder rotating within a netted screening cylinder which is erected upright. ;CONSTITUTION: This vertical type grain screening machine is internally equipped with the grain lifting cylinder 3 having spirals 2 on its outer periphery within the netted screening cylinder erected in the screening chamber and is so constituted that the grains can be finely screened while the grains are lifted between these cylinders. The spirals 2 of the grain lifting cylinder 3 facing the inner side of the netted screening cylinder are so formed that the peripheral surfaces 2a on the outer peripheral side constitute the step surfaces lower than the peripheral surfaces 2b on the inner peripheral side and these surfaces respectively incline low outward. Notched parts 4 opening vertically are formed in the middle sections of the peripheral surfaces 2a on the outer peripheral side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
