APPLYING METHOD OF ADHESIVE AGENT TO CORRUGATED PAPER AND OBTAINED INTEGRATED BLOCK, IN MANUFACTURING OF INTEGRATED BLOCK COMPRISING LAMINATED BODY OF CERAMIC PAPER

PURPOSE: To prevent corrugated paper from deforming by coater pressure even if the coater is pressed against the corrugated paper strongly, the corrugated paper is arranged on a receiving plate having the same form as that and a high-viscous inorganic adhesive agent superior in adhesion is applied to the top part. ;CONSTITUTION: Corrugated paper 1 is arranged on a receiving plate 3 which possesses uneven top 2 having the same form as its wave form and is provided with an air hole 4 in a state of penetrated through respectively in a vertical direction in the top and bottom and a holed sheet 7 is arranged on the corrugated paper 1. The holed sheet 7 possesses respectively adhesive agent passing through holes 8 in positions corresponding to the top and a horizontal part of the corrugated paper 1. Then an adhesive agent roller coater 9 is pressed strongly against the corrugated paper 1 and high-viscous inorganic adhesive agent superior in adhesion is applied to a gap between both paper so that an air gap to be generated between both paper is filled with the adhesive agent. Coater pressure is improved like this and the adhesive agent is applied to the paper at a fixed thickness evenly by corresponding to a thickness of the holed sheet 7, hardness of a coater surface and the coater pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
