PURPOSE: To increase the efficiency of weight lifting and transport of materials by providing plural guide rollers and upper and lower lock pin devices on upper and lower frames, and providing plural reaction force receiving parts for lock pins of upper and lower lock pin devices on a strut by pitch within the effective stroke of an elevating jack. ;CONSTITUTION: Plural guide rollers 5 brought into contact with a strut 1 are provided on upper and lower frames 3, 4 to which plural vertical elevating jacks 2 are connected. An upper lock pin device 6 and a lower lock device 7, the reaction forces of which are received on the strut 1, are provided on the upper and lower frames 3, 4. Subsequently, plural reaction force receiving parts where the lock pins 6a, 7a of the upper and lower lock pin devices 6, 7 are latched are vertically disposed on the strut 1 by pitch within the effective stroke of the elevating jacks 2.
