PURPOSE: To obtain a food containing a fatty acid of docosahexanenoic acid which has been known to exert good influence on cerebral cells by the advance of research of biology and is mixed with a stable food and a subsidiary food and always taken in users. ;CONSTITUTION: (1) Powder, granules and solid substance of fatty acid of docosahexanenoic acid and (2) liquid of fatty acid of docosahexanenoic acid can be directly taken as a food as it is. However, since people have an unbalanced diet, foods readily mixable with a solid substance are blended with (1) powder, granules and solid substance of fatty acid of docosahexanenoic acid and foods readily mixable with a liquid substance are blended with (2) liquid of fatty acid of docosahexanenoic acid in order for people to take docosahexanenoic acid on the average.
