METHOD FOR EVALUATING NEW PRODUCT PREPARATION SITUATION AND EVALUATION INSTRUMENT USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: To reduce the burden of a development designing section and a plant section by successively filling data from a checking sheet to an evaluation adding-up table, from the evaluation adding-up table to an evaluation point calculation table and from the evaluation point calculation table to an evaluation graph. ;CONSTITUTION: A definition table 7, the checking sheet 8, the evaluation adding-up table, the evaluation point calculating table 9, an evaluation coefficient table and the evaluation graph 10 are prepared. They are all stored in the memory of a personal computer 4. The definition table 7 and the checking sheet 8 are transmitted to minicomputers 3 at respective bases, and they are stored in the memories. A printer 6 connected to the respective minicomputers 3 at the respective bases prints the definition table 7 and the checking sheet 8 as to respective processes and fills a results value in preparation work in the period as to respective management items which are filled based on the definition table 7. Then, the checking sheet 8 where the result value is filled is transferred to a place where a recognition meeting is to be held so as to collect it.
