TIME SWITCHING TYPE TWO DEGREE OF FREEDOM PID CONTROLLER

摘要

PURPOSE: To remove the delay of a control in a lamp section even at the time of a program temperature control, and to realize a control immune to distur bance in which an overshoot can be reduced by hourly switching the system of a PID control. ;CONSTITUTION: A switching part 4 monitors the time of a timer 4a, and switches a switch 5 to a down side in the lamp section of a set value SV. Then, the normal PID control is operated by using the set value SV as an inside set value SV1, and the delay of the control is removed. The switching part 4 switches the switch 5 to an up side at the point of time only before a normal offset time from the point of time when the set value is inputted to a constant value section, and the two degree of freedom PID control is operated by applying the set value SV through a target value filter 3. Thus, the delay of the control in the lamp section can be removed, and the control immune to the disturbance in which the overshoot can be reduced can be realized.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
