PURPOSE: To provide a device for moving one part of cigarette from a double rod production machine to a filter assembly machine. CONSTITUTION: A rotary move unit 10 has the fixed number of heads for moving sheets 26 and 27 for two sections 5 and 6 of respective two continued cigarette rods 3 and 4 along with circular passages 30 and 31 and concerning a device 9 for partially moving the sections 5 and 6 of cigarette, this unit 10 is linked to a conveyer 14 having sheets 12 and 13 to run along with respective passages 43 and 56 in contact with one point each other at a station 45 for downloading the sections 5 and 6 of cigarette on the circular passages 30 and 31 at a loading station 44.
