PURPOSE: To optimize rice hulling roll gap adjustment by determining the gap adjust ment quantity of a roll gap adjusting motor by taking not only the deviation value of the detected load current value of a main motor from a reference value but also the deviation value of the detected voltage of a power source voltage sensor from a reference value into consideration. ;CONSTITUTION: The rice hulling device for adjusting and controlling the gap of the rice hulling rolls 1, 1 in such a manner that the detected load current value of the main motor 8 for driving attains the set reference value is provided with a load current sensor 11 for detecting the load current value of the main motor 8 and the power source voltage sensor 12 capable of detecting the power source voltage of the main motor 8. The deviation value of the detected load current value of the load current sensor 11 from the reference value and the deviation value of the detected power source voltage value of the power source voltage sensor 12 with the reference value are respectively determined and the opening/closing adjustment quantity of the gap of a pair of the rice hulling rolls is determined from the combination of these deviation values. A control command signal is outputted to a rice hulling gap adjusting motor 10 in accordance with the determined roll gap opening/closing adjustment quantity, by which the gap of the rice hulling rolls 1, 1 is adjusted to open or close.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
