METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ELECTROLYTIC PROCESSING OF STATOR BLADE

PURPOSE: To generate relative movement of an electrode and the wall of a blade end plate to each other and apply an accurate processing to the wall by shrinking the electrode, and perform the electrolytic processing while the shrunk electrode is elongated in the axial direction on the way of processing. ;CONSTITUTION: In the initial period of processing and on the way thereof, an intermediate electrode 72 is advanced delayed relatively to end electrodes 71, 72, and in the final period of processing, the electrode surfaces of these intermediate electrode 72 and end electrodes 71, 73 are continued substantially. These motions are conducted by an electrode feeding mechanism (cams 36, 37, 38). Thereby an electrode 70 is shrunk in the initial period of electrolytic processing so as to enlarge its spacing to a blade end plate situated oppositely, while the shrunk electrode 70 is elongated gradually on the way of processing so as to lessen gradually its spacing to the wall of the blade end plate.
