PURPOSE: To enable raw crab legs to be peeled even by a nonprofessional. ;CONSTITUTION: A press plate 21 is firmly set on a press bar 29 fitted with a spring 20 to a press bar-fitting plate 18 integrated with a stationary bed 14 on a cutting board 1 and a press pin is also provided. A kitchen knife slide rail 6 is engaged into the slit of a kitchen knife mount 5 so that a long kitchen knife 4 from a gap of the cutting board 1 is put to repeated transverse reciprocating motion in a variable angle fashion through a kitchen knife sliding cylinder 11, and a cutting board slide holder 15 and a slide rail 13 are installed so that the cutting board 1 is moved under the press plate 21, and also, a screw shaft 12 is driven by a motor 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
