PURPOSE: To manufacture a standard, high silicon, low melting carbon, grain oriented silicon steel sheet by executing intermediate annealing, slow cooling and rapid cooling under a specified temp. condition after annealing and cold-rolling a hot rolled sheet of the high silicon steel and, furthermore, executing the final cold rolling, decarburization annealing and secondary recrystallization annealing. ;CONSTITUTION: After a silicon steel slab consisting of, by weight, 3.0-4.5% Si and 0.07% C is made into a sheet by hot-rolling, the sheet is annealed. Next, after making this hot rolled sheet into the sheet having an intermediate thickness by cold-rolling, intermediate annealing is executed at the soaking temp. of 780-1150°C for 1-30 sec, successively, after the sheet is slowly cooled from that annealing temp. to the temp. range of 540-650°C at the cooling rate of ≤835°C/min, the sheet is rapidly cooled at the cooling rate of ≥835°C/min to the temp. range of 315-540°C and, furthermore, rapidly cooled underwater to the normal temp. After executing the intermediate annealing of this steel sheet, this sheet is made into the cold rolled sheet having the final thickness of 0.35-0.15 mm by cold rolling and, after executing decarburization annealing, the final annealing is executed by applying a separation agent for annealing to the surface and the silicon steel sheet excellent in magnetic property is manufactured by making the structure secondarily recrystallize.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
