PURPOSE: To obtain an acousto-electric effect type receiving element, transducer, etc., which can precisely detect a total amount of supersonic momentum even if an angle of a supersonic wave made incident on the acousto-electric effect type receiving element largely shifts and which does not depend on the angle of the incident supersonic wave. ;CONSTITUTION: An acousto-electric effect type receiving element 1 comprises a pair of signal electrodes 20 on a crystalline plane perpendicular to a c-axis which is a piezoelectric axis of a ZnO single crystal 10.
