PURPOSE:To accumulate and grasp information related to the characteristic of an order by generating a representative specification data base from order reception information, the actual results of an invoice, and order management information, and generating a manufacture history data base on the basis of the actual results of manufacture, and executing order analysis on the basis of these two data bases. CONSTITUTION:The representative specification data base 107 is generated on the basis of the order reception information based on received order processing, an order management data base, and the actual results of the invoice. On the other hand, the manufacture history data base 110 is generated on the basis of the actual results of manufacture of the process of a product unit read out of a product progress common data base 108. The order analysis 111 is executed on the basis of the manufacture history data base 110 and the representative specification data base 107.
